The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B)spoilers for Wednesday, September 23 reveal that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will struggle to understand why Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) suddenly wants to become a surrogate for Daphne Rose Walton (Murielle Hilaire) and Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor).
