A significant number of viewers think she never actually died, as there was no definitive proof of her death; the story left us without closure.
The CBS Soap Has Misled Audiences About Character Deaths Many Times
B&B has previously misled audiences about character deaths on multiple occasions; they had Kimberlin Brown and Tanner Novlan conducting exit interviews while Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) and Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) were still alive.
The show was aware of this, and it felt like the actors were unintentionally spreading misinformation. Consequently, there are numerous indications that Luna might still be alive.
We will explore how she could have survived that hit-and-run incident, where she might have been all this time, and who could be assisting her.
Let’s face it, ever since Dylan received that peculiar phone call indicating they had unresolved matters, everyone has been speculating whether it’s Luna returning from the not-so-dead.
Only A Few People Have Unresolved Issues With Dylan
If a character is either existing or from the past, only a few people have unresolved issues with Dylan.
First, there’s Luna, who was allegedly hit by Dylan. Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) might also be involved, but she just went on maternity leave. Another possibility is one of Luna’s grandmothers, Sheila or Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda).
In the latest episode, Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) was leaving just as Dylan’s phone rang, so she’s not the one, even though she certainly has unfinished matters with Dylan.
Luna Was Active That Night In Malibu
We know that Luna was active that night in Malibu; the LAPD was pursuing her, along with Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig), Sheila, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), Li, and several others.
This was after Luna had been lurking outside Will Spencer’s (Crew Morrow) house and sneaked in to speak with him.
Following the accident, Deputy Chief Baker (Dan Martin) stated that Luna was killed in the hit and run, which we later discovered was caused by Dylan.
This revelation came after she confessed to Electra and Will, who then informed Finn and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Given all this, it’s quite possible that she is still alive, and here is how.
How Might She Have Lived Through That Hit And Run?
We need to discuss how she might have survived the hit and run-remember that night outside Will’s place? Luna was concealed in the bushes, then, a girl came up from the beach to use the outdoor shower at Will’s.
Do you recall how much fuss they made about people coming from the beach to use that shower-why was it such a big deal?
Since Luna’s tragic death at the end of November, we haven’t seen anyone else using the outdoor shower. Clearly, it was emphasized for a particular reason.
Luna Saw The Girl, Then Left Her Clothes Behind And Ran To The Beach In Her Bikini
Luna observed this girl showering, then left her clothes behind and dashed down to the beach in her bikini.
In that moment, Luna took the girl’s clothes and hid her prison uniform in a nearby bush before running off. The girl, now in her bathing suit, likely returned to look for her clothes outside Will’s place.
When she discovered her clothes were gone, she might have searched around and stumbled upon Luna’s prison jumpsuit. She may have been thinking, “Well, this is better than being stuck in a wet bikini,” and decided to wear it.
Maybe It Wasn’t Luna At All
Rather than Luna being the one on the road, it might have been this mysterious girl who was struck by Dylan. We observed Luna darting around, followed by the sight of headlights and the sound of a crash.
However, it’s possible that Dylan hit the other girl while Luna recoiled from the headlights, instinctively ducking back. Then, witnessing the incident, she could have fled in shock.
The police might have noticed the prison jumpsuit and a severely damaged body; the girl’s face could have been utterly unrecognizable after the accident. This would lead to the assumption that it was Luna who had perished due to the location and similar hair color.
Lisa Yamada May Be Back
Lisa Yamada may have taken a long break from Bold and the Beautiful to work on the Amazon Prime series she has been filming for six months since Luna’s supposed death.
We might see her return for May sweeps; if Lisa Yamada is back, it suggests that Luna has been in hiding all this time. Honestly, while they are at it, they could even have her still pregnant with Will’s child.
This means Luna might have deceived Will about the miscarriage, and the prison may not have conducted an ultrasound to verify the pregnancy loss. Luna could have believed she miscarried, but it might have just been cramps and some spotting.
Luna Alive Would Be A Shocker!
It would be incredibly surprising if Luna showed up both alive and with a noticeable baby bump; that would be wild and very dramatic for May sweeps.
However, even without a pregnancy, it would still be shocking for Will’s rapist to appear alive after all this time. If Luna is indeed alive, it seems unlikely she could have remained hidden since November without assistance.
This leads me to my next point: who could have been concealing Luna, helping her stay out of trouble, and ensuring that her death was accepted by everyone?
Who Was Helping Luna?
Right from the start, you need to think about Sheila; she may have initially refused to take a call from Luna.
This is because Deacon was furious with her for betraying him when she lied and secretly met Luna on two occasions before-that would have created a problem.
However, after Deacon cheated on Sheila with Taylor and then broke up with her, Sheila would definitely be open to helping Luna.
Ultimately, Sheila would have no reason to avoid her once Deacon left her; so, Sheila might assist Luna.
But given that Sheila’s breakup with Deacon is so recent, it’s doubtful she is the one who has been hiding Luna all this time if Luna is still alive.
Luna Might Have Been With Remy All Along
Luna might have been with Remy Pryce (Christian Weissmann) all along. The timing fits because Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) ended things with Remy a few weeks before Luna’s supposed death. We also learned that Christian Weissmann is now under contract.
He mentioned in an interview that Remy’s new storyline isn’t solely about Deacon-he hinted that Remy has a connection to someone on B&B, suggesting they are similar.
This could apply to him and Luna, who were friends on screen-plus, Remy is keeping a secret now that he’s back full time, as he stated in the interview.
Luna May Be Remy’s Secret
So, it seems that Luna could very well be the secret he’s concealing and someone who shares a similar background.
Considering she followed Will and Remy kept an eye on Electra, it’s clear that he and Luna might understand each other deeply, possibly sharing a trauma bond.
It’s easy to imagine her sneaking over to Remy’s place after witnessing that random girl get hit by a car, and Luna might have caught the news about her being presumed dead, thinking, “This is my opportunity.”
Remy likely wouldn’t reject Luna. After all, Deke had already moved out by then, and he understands what it feels like to be the villain and face arrest.
