B&B Spoilers: Taylor Plays With Dynamite – Deacon’s Intentions Are Dangerous

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) can’t help how she feels. She’s falling for Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), with logic not being part of her analysis.

Matters of the heart are just that. Emotions can’t be neatly put into logical categories. So, the attention Deacon is paying to Taylor feels right, and she’s accepted it. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) decided that breaking Taylor’s heart, by suddenly ending an engagement he never should have agreed to, was okay.

He rationalized that behavior because it was for his greatest love, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). Shortly thereafter, she re-added Forrester to her last name, with the emotions of their ninth marriage being apparent to everyone, including Taylor.

Deacon Sharpe Cares About Two Women

Deacon’s fatherhood status is intact. He’s a good dad to his daughter and son, with Brooke’s link to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) bonding them forever.

Kanan’s character was also discarded years ago. Brooke did consider re-coupling with Deacon. But that shallow speculation was over the moment Ridge turned his attention back to the woman he tenderly calls Logan.

Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) became Deacon’s most unexpected love. He never anticipated being with her, but their backstories are somewhat similar.

However, the loyalty he displayed to Sheila has come to an end, and their marriage may be in jeopardy unless something suddenly shifts.

Taylor Hayes Doesn’t Consider Implications?

Taylor never expected to be Deacon’s psychiatrist. But she has become that and more. He sought her out for various reasons. One was desperation, and the other was commiseration.

Deacon believed that Taylor would understand what he was going through. That happened after he learned Sheila didn’t tell him her granddaughter survived Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) shooting her in retaliation and defense of those who were present in the beach house.

Taylor recognized his desperate state and also soon realized his intentions. Deacon’s state of mind has him trading up to Taylor.

Sheila Carter Sharpe In The Dark

Sheila has long prided herself on being one step, or more, ahead of everyone. Well, in this storyline, she’s definitely not.

Brown’s character was concerned that Taylor would dissuade Deacon from reconciliation. But Sheila never anticipated Taylor reciprocating romantic feelings that Deacon suddenly developed and has revealed.

A climax is coming where Sheila learns the truth. Taylor created a roadblock to this point in the plot. But if she allows her defense to drop, Sheila will realize evidence and seek her form of justice.

Sheila hasn’t repressed her old self. She’s genuinely worked on creating internal change that has been based on someone, Deacon, believing in her.

Fans can imagine Sheila’s spin-out if she is shocked by the reality that he is falling in love with Taylor and wants a divorce. The only question would be which of the two targets, Deacon or Taylor, Sheila aims for first.
