Steffy is pregnant after a one nighter with Carter who wants to deceive everyone into thinking the baby is the result of a surrogacy gift. What could go wrong?
Carter’s Plan
When Steffy told Finn of her surrogacy gift for Carter and Daphne Rose Walton (Murielle Hilaire), Finn wasn’t sure what to think. The idea came out of the blue and Steffy seemed like a zombie.
Finn pointed out that while Steffy’s being generous, how would this affect their own family—would their kids be confused about having a half-sibling? If he only knew the truth …
Sinn’s Dilemma
Before he left for his medical conference Finn asked Steffy how hard it would be to give the baby to Daphne and Carter. When he comes back home Finn could face the mother of all dilemmas!
If Steffy tells Carter that Finn is uncertain about the surrogacy plan, Carter could pressure her even more. And this is not a good environment for an unborn child to develop.
Finn’s Unblessing
Carter could suggest that Steffy lies and say she did the procedure while Finn’s away. After all, the clock is running and this fake surrogacy process needs to be launched pronto.
Will Finn and Daphne be devastated with the truth or will they be blindsided by a lie?
Can Steffy and Carter Lie?
Fans should expect Carter to remind Steffy that their marriages are over if the truth comes out.
Finn is a doctor so maybe doing the procedure now will be easier with Finn unavailable to be part of the medical intervention. It will easier to tell him later that what’s done is done and he has to live with it.
Finn & Steffy Have a Lot to Work Out
If Finn has no choice in the matter, he may be angry with his wife but there would be nothing he can do about it.
We predict some tension between them but The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint that Finn and Steffy try to work through their issues.
