B&B Spoilers: RJ Forrester Breaks Dad Ridge’s Heart

Ridge Forrester and Brooke Logan are thrilled to have their son RJ Forrester back home in Los Angeles with them, after spending months in Italy.  But, the happily ever after Bridge is envisioning with their son isn’t going to happen.  RJ has his own plans for his new life in La La Land.  Here’s what’s happening next on Bold and Beautiful, spoilers below!

RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) is back, although with a new face.  Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) were ecstatic when their son surprised them with an unexpected homecoming. 

The Prodigal Son Returns

It was revealed that RJ was MIA for months because he was living the bachelor life in Italy.  It sounds like Bridge’s son went on a little eat, pray, love journey after learning his girlfriend Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) was a serial killer. 

Brooke and Ridge are eager for their son to get back to work and follow in his dad’s footsteps designing. 

Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint that the RJ that left town last year has changed a LOT.  Some speculation on social media indicates RJ was with his REAL dad Nick Marone (Jack Wagner) in Italy.  

Does Rj Want To Be A Marone Or A Forrester

Last year Nick returned to Bold and the Beautiful and tried to sweep Brooke Logan off her feet in Italy.  His big plans went awry and after a near death experience, Brooke and Ridge reunited in Italy instead and returned home together. 

Nick Marone was never mentioned again, even though we know he’s still working as a textile tycoon in Italy and has dealings with Forrester Creations.  Is it possible that RJ was getting in touch with his Marone side while he was MIA?

If RJ Forrester starts acting like a Marone rather than a Forrester, it’s going to kill Ridge inside. 

Even though he raised RJ as his own, it’s no secret that Nick Marone is his real father.  After all these years, did RJ finally reconnect with his bio dad? 

The Marones are rumored to be making a comeback to the soap in 2026, that would explain why the writers are revisiting RJ’s family tree.
