B&B Spoilers: Is A New Love Interest Coming To Town For Aunt Ivy

Is The Bold and the Beautiful holding casting calls for a new love interest for Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer)? 

Word on the internet is the soap opera might be, and if they aren’t trying to find Electra’s Aunt a man then they better start ASAP.  Here’s what’s coming up this month on B&B, soap spoilers and previews down below!

When Ivy Forrester returned to The Bold and the Beautiful last year, the soap opera made a huge to-do about Ashleigh Brewer coming back.  She had one date with her ex-husband Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and then vanished again for months from the canvas. 

Liam Turned Ivy Down

When Liam was dying from imaginary cancer, Ivy began coming around again and even professed her love to him on his death bed. 

He thanked her and revealed her had other plans, he was going to reunite his family with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and try again.  Ivy’s feelings were obviously hurt on Bold & Beautiful, but she hid it well.

Since getting shut down by Liam, Aunt Ivy’s life has revolved around her niece Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace).  Ivy seems to be living vicariously through Electra now, and might even be more involved in her relationship than she is. 

Bold and the Beautiful fans could barely keep a straight face when Ivy was lurking in the bushes and spying on Electra’s boyfriend and Miss Dylan being “improper.”  

The Dating Pool Is Drained

The fact of the matter is, there’s no one on The Bold and the Beautiful that the writers could hook Ivy up with if they wanted to. 

If their last name is Forrester, then we have to count them out.  Her ex-husband Liam Spencer wasn’t interested either. 

The only men left on the soap that aren’t related to Ivy and are in her age range are married.  If she played her cards right she probably could have gotten a ring from Carter Walton (Lawrence St. Victor), he’ll marry anyone as long as they show up to the wedding. 

Steffy Forrester probably isn’t willing to share her husband Dr. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) either.

Do you think B&B has any other choice but to add a new character to the mix for Ivy?  Is she on the fast track to becoming an official spinster?
