B&B Spoilers: Did The Writers Mess Up On This Redemption Arc?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that at this point, it’s safe to say that they did her dirty.

Clearly, we are talking about Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), as for a lot of fans of the show, it’s clear as day that the character has not been given the proper redemption arc that she definitely deserves.

Did The Writers Mess Up On This Redemption Arc?

As many of our loyal readers are aware of, Sheila is definitely going to snap when she finds out about her husband Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) having an affair behind her back with none other than Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig).

With everything she’s gone through in the past, you’d think that the writers would finally give her a break. Yet, that doesn’t seem to be the case at all.

She can either let her husband Deacon Sharpe choose which way his heart wants to go in by declaring his love for Taylor Hayes.

Or, she can take matters into her own hands and let the world know that if there’s one person that you don’t mess with, it’s Sheila.

What’s Next For Sheila?

Of course, many B&B fans certainly had a lot to say about where this storyline is headed and it seems like the opinion out there is rather mixed.

Some took to social media to comment with, “Sheila said she changed. This would be the best time to show it. It’s not like staying married to Deacon is the only way she stays out of jail. But she shouldn’t let a man’s behavior change her.”

Another critic wrote, “Sheila being completely oblivious to the writing on the wall and ignoring all social norms, just proves that she has been unstable all this time.”

And then there was this comment as well: “It’d also be something if Sheila called out Steffy and Finn when she figures out that they already knew the truth about Deacon and Taylor while she’s a sad and angry mess.”

Then again, B&B fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
