B&B Spoilers: Carter Ordered To Sue Hope, Does She Deserve To Go To Jail?

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that in a fabulous Friday Cliffhanger, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) stood like Venus de Milo on the Logan runway, basking in the glory of her defection from FC.

Maybe she should enjoy her moment to the fullest because once she stepped off the catwalk, the Hope for the Future Diamond hanging from her neck, she could have stepped into the weeds and deep legal trouble. Let’s break down why Hope’s success could be short lived!

HFTF Founder in Jail?

Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) is the FC lawyer, and ironically he and Hope pulled a coup against their FC employers not so long ago.

They both know all about backstabbing but the difference is that Carter is now a firm FC devotee and he may want to prove his loyalty by going after Hope.

Hope never legally left FC before she threw her lot in with Logan, taking her signature FC line HFTF with her.

Is Hope Ready for a Jail Cell?

Carter is a lawyer and Hope did not quit nor was she fired from FC before she took HFTF to Logan. What she did was step into a gray area with the two fashion houses competing against each other.

Logan chose to hold its fashion launch one day before FC had a major showing.
All of the FC honchos were gathered to watch Katie Logan Spencer’s (Heather Tom) latest outing.

It would be a gross understatement to say that everyone in the room expected Katie to fall flat on her face.

FC Vs. Logan

Steffy Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInness Wood), Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) were among the snarkers ready to laugh at Deke Sharpe’s (Harrison Cone) rookie designs; They were not prepared for Hope to come out and claim ownership.

Their reactions ranged from angsty tears to rage to scorn. All of the outrage aside, one question remains—what if any consequences will Hope face?

In other words, did she commit fraud or some other legal infraction by taking her designs to the competition?

​​​​​Hope would have some sort of work contract with Forrester and of Carter can find a legal loophole we predict the brass will order him to sue Hope.
