B&B Spoilers: Brad Bell Answers Burning Question, Is Luna Alive?

The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers reveal that fans have been asking about Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) Is Luna still alive out there somewhere? Brad Bell has finally spoken out on Luna’s death and if she could return.

Luna Nozawa’s Shocking Fate

Bold’s writers stunned fans when they decided to kill off Luna and her child with Will Spencer (Crew Morrow). Fans were expecting years of Will having to deal with Luna being in his life because of this baby.

Luna had gotten by with so much that fans thought she was going to end up being Sheila Carter 2.0.

This is not the first time that Luna supposedly got killed and fans are not buying the story this time either.

In an interview with TV Insider, Brad, who is the executive producer and head writer addresses the subject when he gave talked about what is ahead for the show in 2026. What did he have to say about Luna?

What Happened To Luna Nozawa?

Luna’s death was shocking and very dramatic if nothing else. It was very foggy on the beach as she was running to keep from getting arrested when she realized she had darted out into the road and in the middle of Los Angeles traffic. Fans saw the light, Luna’s shocked face and as the screen went dark, they hard a large bang.

In the following episode, there was no body, no accident scene, nothing except for Deputy Chief Baker (Dan Martin) who showed up at the Spencer estate to let everyone know that Luna was dead and that Luna had lost the baby.

However, there was no doctor, no morgue, no one saying goodbye to her and no body. In the soap world, this is a red flag.

Is Luna Nozawa Dead Or Not?

Theories have been all over the internet, several of which believe Luna may return yet. Others suggest that Dylan, who claims to have been the one who killed Luna, could actually be Luna in disguise.

Masks have been used in plenty of soaps before and Luna herself had used a partial one to get into bed with Will.

However, for now at least, it seems that these ideas can be put to bed. Bell went on to say, “Luna is dead. We all saw it. I mean, Lisa Yamada, wow. And to cap it off with an Emmy and to have her bring levity and that spark in her eye and the unique delivery?

What a joy she was to work with and what a wonderful person. She took that character and ran with it, and it was so wonderful collaborating with Lisa.”

For right now, it doesn’t look like Luna will be returning any time soon. Fans will just have to wait and see if he changes his mind later.
