B&B Spoilers: Bill Offers Dylan Big Money To Lure Will From Forrester To Spencer?

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is growing increasingly fed up with Will Spencer’s (Crew Morrow) position at Forrester Creations and how stubborn he’s being about hanging onto it.

Bill wants Will in the Spencer family business instead, so how far will he go to make that happen?

In B&B’s March 17 episode, Will admitted he didn’t really care that Bill and Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) were using Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) designs. Will insisted he wasn’t “defending those Forresters,” but he was angry about his life being messed with.

That led to Will lashing out at Bill and reminding him of how it felt to almost lose Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). Will asked if Bill really wanted to push him away, but Katie shut down the conflict and refused to let the Spencers fight like the Logans are doing right now.

However, Will’s comments about “those Forresters” are interesting and perhaps show he could be persuaded to leave Forrester Creations.

Although Will doesn’t want to let RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) win, there’s no denying that dealing with him constantly will bring misery. Some similar misery will play out for Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) now that she’s being forced to face off with Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) on a daily basis.

It’s easy to imagine Dylan getting sick of Electra’s constant criticism and outbursts. This job is great since Dylan needs the money, but it won’t be pleasant as long as Electra and Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) are around to gripe.

Plus, Dylan may have another reason to want to bail on Forrester Creations after eavesdropping on Ivy’s breakup scheme. We could certainly imagine Dylan wanting to get Will out of Forrester Creations as well to reduce his chances of learning the truth behind his split.

Whatever the case, there might come a point when Bill sees Dylan as a tool he can use to his advantage. Perhaps Bill will notice Will’s growing connection with Dylan and realize she could be just the person to convince him to leave Forrester behind.

Bill might offer Dylan some big bucks if she’ll quit Forrester Creations and convince Will to quit alongside her. If anyone can get Will to resign at his current job and join Spencer Publications or Logan, it might be Dylan.

Bill might promise Dylan a better position with double or triple the salary if she can lure Will away from all the Forrester brainwashing. Maybe Bill could offer Dylan a deal and push her to bring Will to the Spencer family empire where he belongs.
