90 Day Fiancé: Leida Margaretha Hit With Many New Felony Charges

Allegedly, Leida faces new charges involving “wire fraud, theft, forgery, and bail jumping.” Notably, the charges have been ongoing for a while, and for a time it was believed that the charges of stealing from companies had been dropped. Nevertheless, Starcasm updated 90 Day Fiancé fans on January 16.

According to their exclusive report, the claims by a former business paving employer happened at the end of 2023 and spread on into 2024. Margaretha allegedly moved “more than $14,000 from the business without authorization.” The new true crime allegations list about 24 felonies. 

Old Charges Had A Lack of Evidence

Fans heard that there were charges dropped in 2025, and those were canceled because of a lack of evidence. However, it seems that insurance and tracking companies finally came up with documentation for prosecutors to go ahead. And when that happened, a list of new felonies emerged.

The criminal complaint alleges that Leida Margaretha, who at one stage worked for “Mix-Tech,” used her access to company bank details to fund her own business, “Proud American Logistics LLC.” Naturally, the allegations from her employer at the time noted that she didn’t have the right to do that.

Never, ever did he give “consent to withdraw money” for her business expenses. Now the various true crime charges include “Theft in a Business Setting.” Then there are “Wire Fraud Against a Financial Institution” charges. Finally, she’s been accused of “Forgery and Uttering,” which refers to the act of passing a forged document.

90 Day Fiancé fans did not like Leida Margaretha or Eric Rosenbrook, mainly because she wanted him to cut ties with his own kids. So, none of them have any sympathy for her. However, what does surprise TLC fans is that she stayed out of jail for so long.

Rumors came that she allegedly killed her own baby and tried to blame Eric for it.
