90 Day Fiancé Update On Arrest Of Seth & Veronica Rodriguez

90 Day Fiancé fans heard in mid-December 2025 that Veronica Rodriguez and her new man, Seth Daryoushfar, were arrested. Well, there has been an update on their DV case. Read on for more details.

The Original Arrest 

Naturally, when the news of domestic violence arrived, plenty of TLC fans had something to say. In fact, many of them think she should have never broken off her relationship with Tim Malcolm. They were together so long that her daughter Chloe thinks of Tim as her dad.

She and Tim became popular on 90 Day Fiancé and on Pillow Talk. However, Veronica Rodriguez made fans think something wasn’t right when she hooked up with Seth on 90 Day: The Single Life. Since December, there wasn’t much feedback on the allegations of violence. But this week, Starcasm gave an update.

The Update

According to exclusive records from Starcasm:

Court records indicate Veronica’s charge of misdemeanor domestic violence and Seth’s charge of misdemeanor assault on a female were both dropped by the prosecutor on January 12 because neither party was willing to testify against the other.

The reasons why they refused to testify weren’t explained, but they did have the right to do that under the “Fifth Amendment.” So, the prosecutor had to let the case go. For now, the TLC stars are free to go about their daily lives.

TLC Fans React

The news of the original arrest got many people speculating that Veronica drinks too much. Plus, followers slammed her for setting a bad example for her daughter. Well, similar sentiments arrived with the news that the DV charges were dropped. One person commented on Instagram, “Great example for her daughter.”

Previous Arrests

Well, the fan who talked about Veronica Rodriguez getting off in the past seems mostly correct. In 2006, she was involved in a car accident and allegedly hit out at a cop and a medic, but those charges ended up not being prosecuted.

Plus, in 2025, after being clocked for speeding, that came to nothing either, as far as we know. But there was a DUI from 2016, where the TLC star ended up with a suspended sentence and a fine.
