‘Y&R’ Spoilers Weekly Update: Carter Questioned, Nick’s Escape Plan, Audra Busted

Carter Questioned

During the week of July 21, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will continue to work on his unofficial murder investigation.

Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) claimed that he sent staff down the mountain to get the police. However, no authorities have arrived yet and tensions are escalating.

Chance stands by while Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) grills Carter. The patriarch asks if Cane told him about his plan to kill Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers). Instead of answering, Carter says he is loyal to Aristotle Dumas, but didn’t commit murder.

Amanda Sinclair Accused

Over with Cane, he seemed truly blindsided by Damian’s death. The tycoon tried to prove his innocence by showing Chance the surveillance. However, right when the stabbing occurred, the footage scrambled.

Amanda questioned her boss, who was insulted by the allegation that he deleted the footage. Then, Cane asked the lawyer if she was responsible.

Next week, things will continue to get tense between Cane and Amanda. Once again, he will accuse Amanda of being disloyal.

Nick Newman’s Escape Plan

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of July 21 reveal that Nick gets put on house arrest.

Carter of all people is the one who informs Nick of this, and brings along a thug. Nick comes up with an escape plan, but it backfires.

Fans will also see Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) continue blindsiding Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). It forces the patriarch to make a hard decision.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) works hard to protect her interests. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) warns Cane. However, by the end of the week, Nikki gets backed into a corner.

Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) blows apart Audra Charles’ (Zuleyka Silver) plan. Later, Kyle informs Nikki about Audra and Victor’s deal. Nikki will be furious with her husband for putting Claire Grace Newman’s (Hayley Erin) heart at risk.

Nick and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) get in a dangerous predicament. Billy and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) join forces to help an innocent victim. That sounds like there might be another attack.

Also, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) faces off with Phyllis.
