‘Y&R’ Spoilers Weekly Update: Amanda’s Assignment, Cane’s Puzzle Pieces

The Young and the Restless spoilers are in for the week of August 25, 2025! Fans can expect Amanda Sinclair (Mishelle Morgan) to come back to town with a new assignment.

Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) thinks about his six years away, so maybe viewers can get a taste of what kind of man he is now.

Plus, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is reminded of her history with Cane. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.

Amanda Sinclair’s Assignment

The last time Amanda was seen, she was helping Cane in Nice. However, when the party turned deadly, it was the lawyer who unjammed the phone lines and called the police.

At that time, Cane said he would understand if she walked away. After a moment of hesitation, Amanda decided she would continue working for the tycoon.

Amanda comes back to Genoa City with a new assignment from Cane. However, she won’t appear until Friday.

Cane Ashby’s Puzzle Pieces

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) informed Cane about Colin Atkinson’s (last played by Tristan Rogers) final scam.

The tycoon was confused as he truly thought Colin had turned his life around. It’s also possible that Victor invented evidence to force Cane’s hand.

In any case, Cane will think about the six years he spent away. Meanwhile, Lily can’t help but remember her history with Cane.

Victoria Newman’s Fear

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of August 25 reveal that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will have Claire Grace Newman (Hayley Erin) on her mind. The brunette knows that Claire is a good person.

However, all good people can get pushed to their breaking point. With the girl raised by Jordan (Colleen Zenk), her satisfaction with exposing Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) is a bit worrying. Elsewhere, expect Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to make an unexpected move. 

Over with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), he makes a peace treaty with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Speaking of  Nick, he attempts to do damage control with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). 

Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) confides in Devon Winters (Bryton James) about Audra. Plus, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) tells Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) all about Cane’s next plan. 

There will also be Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). It is teased that she makes a jaw-dropping change at Chancellor. Could this change stop Cane in his tracks somehow?
