Abbott Versus Abbott

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, August 5, suggest it’ll be Momma Bear versus her little cub when Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) returns to Genoa City and has a massive confrontation with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). (Make sure to check out our Weekly Y&R spoilers, here!)

These two have been on bad terms since Jill sold Chancellor to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), but now that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) is gone, Billy is aligned with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) this is sure to add fuel to the fire.

Jill will lash out at her son for aligning with Cane, and she may also blame Cane for Chance’s demise. Is there anything Billy can say to help his mom see his point of view?

Mr. & Ms. Moustache Argue

Speaking of Victor and family issues, he and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will fight, and this sounds like it has to do with his disdain for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and how he’s giving Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) a hard time about their relationship.

Victor chose Cole Howard’s (J. Eddie Peck) memorial of all days to make a point of how he’ll never accept Kyle, and Nikki will likely place him in the hot seat.

She may also question him on his deal with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), so it’ll be interesting to see how he explains himself (if he does at all).

Phyllis Summers Protects Her Interests

Across town, The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday note Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will double down and protect her interests. Is this about her alliance with Cane, and how she’s promised to help him take over every major company in Genoa City?

What does Phyllis do to “protect” herself and this new career path? Fans will have to tune in to find out!
