Nick Newman Goes Rogue

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, October 9 note Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will go rogue. What exactly does this mean? (Make sure to check out our Weekly Y&R spoilers, here!)

He was supposed to head to Los Angeles with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) but ended up telling her to head there without him, as he had to handle some Newman business.

Does he ditch the office to join his ex-wife earlier than expected, or will Nick completely do an 180 and something massively out of his personality? Fans will have to tune in to find out.

Jack Abbott Protects His Family

Across town, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will protect his family’s interests. During the Wednesday, October 8 show, she had a confrontation with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn), hoping to convince the billionaire mogul to hand over his AI software so that it can be destroyed.

It’s hard to say if Jack got through to Cane, so what next steps will he take to ensure Cane doesn’t succeed in his plan to takeover Genoa City and all the legacy companies that go along with it?

Cane Ashby Is Bombarded

Speaking of Cane, The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday indicate that Cane will deal with two confrontations: one from his ‘mother’,

Jill Abbott (Jess Walton), and another from his ex-wife, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) recently informed Jill that Cane amassed his fortune thanks to a final con that Colin Atkinson (Tristan Rogers) plotted.

Jill wasn’t too pleased to learn this, so she went to hear Cane’s side of the story. As they say, good news travels fast, so Lily will likely catch wind of The Moustache’s information and face-off with her ex, yet again. Will the ladies believe Cane’s side of the story?
