Y&R Spoilers: Sharon’s Kidnapping Crisis, Will Nick Reach Matt In Time To Save Her?

The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease that Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) kidnapping might be thwarted. Will Nick Newman (Lucas Adams) hurry to prevent Matt Clark, also known as “Mitch Bacall” (Roger Howarth), before it’s too late?

Matt Is Still Hiding Behind His Mitch Façade, But He’s Not Fooling Anyone

 Even though Matt is still masquerading as “Mitch” at this stage, both Nick and Sharon are correct in identifying him as their former adversary. Matt remains the same villain he has always been, regardless of the name he uses these days!

Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen) is being compensated to carry out Matt’s wishes, indicating that he could be the one responsible for putting Noah in danger.

A hostage crisis may be on the horizon involving Noah and Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun), as suggested by the preview video for the week of November 17-21.

The same preview video features Sharon panicking over what appears to be the fire alarm at her hotel, just as Matt arrives at her doorstep.

Matt Is Ready To Unleash His Fury, Which Has Been Building Up For Years

It’s clear that Matt is poised to unleash his fury, which could mean he has plans to kidnap Sharon as well. However, Sharon has already been kidnapped far too many times in her recent story arcs. Do we really need to witness yet another kidnapping crisis involving her?

Y&R might prevent this from escalating if Nick intervenes and stops Matt from turning this into another abduction drama for Sharon. Nick could throw a punch at Matt, igniting an intense fight as he strives to protect Sharon.

Sharon And Nick May Eventually Get Matt Arrested, But It Won’t Happen Now

At some point, Sharon and Nick might succeed in getting Matt arrested, if they can prove that he’s responsible for Noah’s being run off the road.

By the time they leave Los Angeles, they will likely believe they have the upper hand over Matt, but unfortunately, the relief will only be temporary. Sharon and Nick will soon realize that they were mistaken, as Matt is set to follow them to Genoa City later on.

 In the meantime, Matt will cause even more chaos in LA, which may prevent Sharon’s kidnapping from being the next chapter in this storyline.
