Y&R Spoilers: Do Cane & Lily Have An Amanda & Damian Problem?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) has been masquerading as Aristotle Dumas.

When the big reveal happened on a Friday, June 20 cliffhanger, no one was happy, especially his ex-wife Lily Winters (Christal Khalil).

It appears as though the show is planning a big reunion between Cane and Lily, at least that’s what Cane might want.

But what would happen to Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan)? For all intents and purposes it seems they are a couple. Let’s unpack what could be taking place in the coming days!

Is Cane Ready for a Reunion?

First off, Lily was not exactly thrilled to discover that Cane was Aristotle Dumas. She and group of GC residents were invited to Cane’s French chateau for the big reveal. Lily was led off first, taken by Amanda to meet Cane in private.

She was confused and angry and later ran off and had a panic attack. Hardly the stuff of romantic enticements.

Cane is Back on The Young and The Restless

Cane carried on his charade after leaving GC six years ago. Aristotle Dumas was a larger-than-life mogul who had zero online presence, thus no one knew what he looked like or if Dumas was male or female.

During a party in France, Cane Ashby brought the mystery to an end. In the past few months Dumas developed a plan to lure his friends and enemies to Nice in order to blindside them.

Fans who thought that Billy Flynn (ex-Chad DiMera, Days of Our Lives) was Dumas were proven right by the Friday, June 20 episode.

Cane Ashby Recast

Flynn takes over the role from Daniel Goddard who is now starring as Hank Dalton on General Hospital.

With the recast, fans are wondering what’s next for the dashing bad boy. Of primary concern is who Cane will be partnered with. Will it be Amanda? Will it be Lily? Or will it be another character?

And, if Lily is intrigued by her ex, what about her fledgling romance with Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers)?

Fans who have been speculating about Cane and Lily reconciling have also entertained thoughts about Amanda and Damian—might they be collateral damage or are we looking at a possible romantic quadrangle?
