Y&R Spoilers: Could Claire Finally Take Down Audra?

As luck would have it, Claire (Hayley Erin) received information from Holden (Nathan Owens) that could destroy Audra (Zuleyka Silver).

Holden revealed to Claire that Audra committed grand larceny. She stole a $500,000 cashier’s check from a wealthy person at the Shadow Room. After she stole the money, she gave him $100,000 to keep quiet about her crime.

The information puts Claire in the driver’s seat. Claire could expose Audra’s past to Nate (Sean Dominic) which could destroy her life in Genoa City.

Claire has a motive to destroy Audra’s life. Fans remember that Audra worked with Victor (Eric Braeden) to break up her relationship with Kyle (Michael Mealor). Claire eventually broke up with Kyle and went to California with Holden.

After Claire and Holden spent the night together, he revealed Audra’s secret. He didn’t want to keep any secrets from Claire so he told her the truth about Audra.

While Holden was a bartender at the Shadow Room, he saw Audra commit a crime. An art gallery owner came on to Audra while he was drunk. Holden tried to protect her, but things took a turn for the worst.

The gallery owner was upset with Holden and threatened to get him fired. Audra took a chance and stole his wallet. His wallet had a$500,000 cashier’s check in it. Holden admitted to letting Audra walk away with the check.

When Claire asked him if he tried to stop Audra, Holden said he didn’t. Once he agreed to keep quiet, Audra paid him off. Unfortunately, Holden became an accessory after the fact. He’s just as guilty as Audra.

Audra’s secret could land her in prison. Fans know that she’s already lost her job and her man. If the truth comes out, she could lose her freedom too. Spoilers indicate that Claire plans to destroy Audra’s life by revealing what she learned about her.

Claire decides to tell everything she knows about her scheme. Nate won’t be happy when he finds out the truth. He might have forgiven her scheme with Victor, but he won’t get over her criminal act.

There’s a snag in Claire’s plan to destroy Audra. She can’t expose her without revealing Holden’s role in the crime. He accepted the money that she stole which makes him part of her criminal act. Will Claire put her need for revenge against Audra before her relationship with Holden?

If Claire reveals Audra’s crime, it will put the Shadow Room and Mitch on the Newman radar. Claire’s revenge against Audra could be the key to revealing who Mitch really is and prove that he was responsible for Noah’s accident.
