Shady Detective Debacle

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of December 8-12 suggest fans will see more of Detective Annie Stewart, played by actress Catherine Kresge.

The character will be seen in the aftermath of the chaos to save Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun), but it looks like, after this week, the shady cop may not be on the canvas as much.

Annie will share scenes with Matt Clark, a.k.a. Mitch Bacall (Roger Howarth), and both will agree they need to go undercover for a while as this all dies down.

Matt Clark’s Exit – Will Be Back

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) unleashed his deadly AI software on Matt’s bank accounts, and the villain will watch them drain in horror during the Monday, December 8 episode.

With that said, he may stay hidden in the shadows for a bit as the dust settles in Los Angeles, but fans should expect to see him back very soon in Genoa City as he seeks revenge on the Newmans for what they’ve done to him. Plus, since Sienna is heading to GC, he’ll want some vengeance on her, too.

Where’s Detective Burrows?

Since the L.A. storyline has wrapped up, there’s a good chance that Detective Burrow, played by Matt Cohen, may be ending his time on the Y&R, too.

While fans thought he was the shady cop on Matt Clark’s payroll, the big plot twist in all this was that it was his partner, Annie.

They struggled during a confrontation, and Annie will mention during the December 8 episode that Burrow was able to get her gun, but she bolted.

While Burrow will bring in colleagues offscreen to help search for Matt and Annie, will fans see him on canvas moving forward? Only time will tell!
