Will General Hospital Bring Back Haley Pullos?

General Hospital alum Haley Pullos recently made a splash on social media with some amazing new headshot photos. 

Does that mean the ex-soap star is getting ready for a comeback?  It has been two years since Pullos’ exit as Molly Lansing-Davis on the ABC soap, will we see her back in Port Charles ever again?  Keep reading for all the details, warning GH spoilers below!

Haley Pullos grew up on General Hospital and played the part of Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) daughter from 2009-2023.  Closing in on her 15 year anniversary on the daytime TV show, the young actress began struggling in her personal life.

In 2023 she was involved in a car accident on the freeway that seriously injured another driver.  Later it was revealed that Pullos was under the influence of drugs and alcohol and cops found edibles and empty tequila bottles in her car. 

Police reports revealed the GH star was going the wrong way on the freeway and assaulted emergency crews trying to assist her after the accident.  Haley Pullos was charged with felony DUI and spent 90 days in prison, she’s now halfway through her five year probation deal.  

When news broke of Haley Pullos arrest, General Hospital immediately recast the role of Molly Lansing-Davis.  After a few stand-ins, the soap settled on actress Kristen Vaganos and she has been on the show since 2023.  At this point it would probably be unfair to take the gig away from Vaganos and give it back to Haley.  But, could the network bring the former Molly actress back another way?

Haley Pullos Back To Work

Haley Pullos is clearly ready to get back to work and is going to auditions, hence the headshots on social media (which by the way look amazing). 

There are other ways General Hospital could bring the actress back to Port Charles without giving Kristen Vaganos the boot.  Molly could have a long-lost twin sister or Alexis could discover she has another daughter she never knew about, anything is possible when you’ve dealt with the Cassadine Family.
