Veronica Rodriguez & Seth Arrested: 90 Day Fiancé Fans React

90 Day Fiancé fans met Veronica Rodriguez when she appeared on the TLC show as part of Tim Malcolm’s storyline. Later, she appeared on The Single Life with Jamal. Well, that seemed over in January when she hard-launched a new guy named Seth Daryoush. However, now they were both arrested for DV and TLC stars have got a lot to say about it.

Arrested But Released 

Veronica, who launched her new man via Tim’s social media later got engaged to Seth. At the time everything seemed fine. But, when she appeared on The Hunt for Love, she didn’t look happy. Although she was there for Tim’s segment, some folks noticed that she didn’t look very well. So now, they wonder if she’s been regularly involved in a bad situation.

The original arrest news that arrived via @90dayfianceupdate was later confirmed. Allegedly, North Carolina police charged Veronica and Seth with domestic violence after their arrest. Apparently, Veronica was accused of a misdemeanor for allegedly striking Seth in the face. On the other hand, Seth was indicted for assaulting a female. Each of them already posted bail. Veronica’s was set at $500 and Seth’s at $2,500.

The news is that the 90 Day Fiancé star and her fiancé will appear before a judge on March 3, 2026.

Concern For Chloe

Veronica Rodriguez and Tim Malcolm have a strange sort of relationship because her daughter, Chloe, who isn’t related to Tim Malcolm, sees him as a dad. She’s not a baby anymore, but naturally TLC fans hate that she might have witnessed an abusive relationship with Seth Daryoush.

In fact, many people can’t understand why Veronica and Tim didn’t just stay together. Certainly it seems that both of them failed in any other relationships. However, for some reason, they remain friends, and not committed to a relationship at all. Certainly, it seems unlikely that she’d end up arrested for assault if they had made their relationship work.

When the news arrived on Reddit, one TLC fan wrote, “If being arrested isn’t a…wakeup call that you’re with the wrong person. — I don’t know what is.”

Many other people agreed that Veronica should dump Seth in a trash bin. Here are a few more remarks from the discussion:

• Wow didnt see that one coming.
• Tim is certainly not the type to air his grievances publicly. However, he likely has had many conversations privately. He doesn’t want to see her in an abusive relationship. Veronica is so bloody afraid of being alone that she really doesn’t use the best judgment when choosing a partner.
• I sure hope that this is the end of their relationship because this is far from healthy.
