True crime news makes people feel more and more convinced that singer D4vd knows something about the murder of Celeste Rivas. Her mutilated remains were found in his Tesla, and as more about him emerges, it becomes apparent that his artistic expressions seem bloodthirsty, to say the least. Can he be arrested for that? Read on to find out.

Sinister Artistic Expression

It’s not just once that D4vd’s posts and videos seemed sinister. This week on News Nation’s Banfield, Ashleigh Banfield mentioned the number of times that disturbing posts arrived from the singer. Remember, he hasn’t been named as a person of interest. However, he could be, but the cops aren’t saying so. Ashleigh Banfield mentioned the bloody merchandise shirt that he had sold.

Next, she mentioned the post that he shared that could be interpreted as him having a murderous mindset. One of them was when he reposted someone who was cutting up meat and said, quote, “me, if I see her talk with other dudes.”

Another post cited by Ashleigh had him staring at some sneakers that Celeste had allegedly worn. Apart from that “painting a picture” in the minds of fans and Ashleigh, she mentioned a “music video with a body being put into a trunk.” As Celeste Rivas was found inside the front trunk (frunk) of D4vd’s Tesla, she discussed with TMZ’s Charles Latibeaudiere, how bad a picture this all paints for the singer.

Is It Enough For An Arrest?

While true crime armchair experts decided that D4vd was guilty, he’s still presumed innocent. But really, some videos and posts could just be explained away as artistic expression. As Charles pointed out, his mind might work a little bit differently, but “you know, on the other hand…I’m sure his attorney would say to you, ‘that’s his art, right?'” And you can’t prosecute someone or arrest someone based on their art.”

The rest of the conversation included Banfield talking about the vigil for Celeste. True crime investigations often prove that the murderer could easily turn up to funerals and vigils. The duo discussed that the police might have had people there, because “That’s not just something you see in movies.”

Speaking about that and public opinion, Charles reiterated, “But again, there’s been not only no arrest: there’s no named person of interest and no named suspect which doesn’t mean the police don’t have a suspect.”

Reactions In The Comments

It seems that the suspicions about the singer won’t be going away any time soon in the court of true crime opinion. One viewer commented, “I feel like he wanted it to be known. Through the music was his way of expressing/explaining. He couldn’t hold it in anymore.”

Here are a few more reactions from the discussion area:

  • Somebody please make it make sense how much more evidence do they need! Arrest him Already! So much evidence against him it’s ridiculous!
  • if it wasn’t him who did it, it was someone he paid to do it.. he’s giving hints in his music/Art.. imo.
  • D4vd said in an interview that “his music was the soundtrack to his life”. Every movie I’ve seen the soundtrack mirrors its plots & scenes.
