What an explosive week for The Bold and the Beautiful. The word is finally out that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) is Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) biological father. He had a fling with his adoptive aunt, Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park), and she lied about Luna’s paternity.
Finn now knows the truth because he took two DNA tests himself to be sure, certainly not because Poppy would ever tell him the truth.
Finn went to the prison where Luna was supposed to be doing time for two murders, only to find that she was not there.
She is still in the prison system but on house arrest and living with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). Finn knocked on Bill’s door and found himself face-to-face with his daughter.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Luna Is Thrilled To Have A Dad
Finn told Luna the truth, and after reality set in, she now believes that she has hit the jackpot. He is kind and compassionate, and she hopes that he is easily manipulated.
Luna seems to be under the impression that her whole life is about to change because she has hope for her future.
That isn’t necessarily realistic because Luna’s last crime before being apprehended was to kidnap Finn’s wife, Steffy Forrester (Jaqueline Macinnes Wood), who was intended to be her third victim.
Luna has apologized to Finn for torturing his wife (and her new step-mom), but that isn’t necessarily going to be enough to fix things.
She couldn’t wait to tell Bill that she broke his one rule by letting Finn know that she was there because she was so excited to know who her father really was.
But Luna broke his rule, and now Bill is threatening to send her back to prison. It’s still not clear why she is even on house arrest on Bill’s estate, but he definitely didn’t want anyone finding out.
The Bold And The Beautiful Recap: Finn Can’t Just Bail Out On Luna
Finn has told Steffy absolutely everything, including the fact that Luna isn’t in jail, and she wants him to cut ties. Finn has already made it clear that he can’t abandon Luna now.
He feels guilty for not being there to guide her for the first 20 years of her life, and he just can’t walk away now.
He says that Steffy comes first, but he can’t do what she needs him to do, so things aren’t looking great for their marriage.
Steffy said that she was going to stand by Finn, but her running from him is starting to look much more likely. And what about Luna?
Even if Bill decides to keep her on his estate, will Finn want that? Isn’t it realistic that Finn may instead want his daughter on house arrest with him, especially if Steffy decides to leave him?
What do you think is next for Luna, Finn, and Steffy?
