Sister Wives: Kody Brown’s Apology Speech Gets Weird, Christine Offended

Sister Wives returns to TLC this Sunday with an all new episode.  Previews reveal that the rest of Kody Brown’s awkward meeting with his ex Christine and her new husband David Woolley will air this week.  If you thought the first half was cringey, then you haven’t seen anything yet!

A sneak peek of this Sunday’s new Sister Wives episode shows Kody Brown continuing his bizarre apology speech. 

Meanwhile, Christine Brown and her husband David Woolley listen on in disbelief.  We have a feeling that when Kody practiced this speech in the mirror at home over and over, it resonated a lot better with that audience.

Sister Wives: Kody’s Speech Continues This Week

In the new Sister Wives sneak peek Kody Brown drones on, “It was a life experience and it was incredibly poetic. It was beautiful like a storm and a sunset.  You know, it was hard days and there were good days and it was beautiful from a poet’s perspective, right?”

Apparently, Kody Brown fancies himself a poet.  The Sister Wives Shakespeare didn’t impress his ex-wife though.  During one point in the convo, Christine Brown starts becoming noticeably uncomfortable and begins making faces at the camera. 

Later Christine explained she thought it was strange that her husband was there for this awkward convo. 

Kody conveniently left his remaining wife Robyn Brown behind while he talked about how amazing he and Christine used to be.  If David Woolley had to sit through Kody’s strange speech, shouldn’t Robyn have had to sit through it too?

Sister Wives: Kody Brown’s Redemption Tour

This season of Sister Wives was supposed to be Kody Brown’s big redemption.  It’s clear the patriarch tried to save face and sway the public’s opinion of himself.  But, it doesn’t seem to have worked.
