Mykelti Padron Moves To North Carolina

Mykelti’s husband Tony Padron along with their three children packed up and moved in July 2024. Of course, at one time Mykelti was really close to Robyn and Kody Brown and their children.

Mykelti even tried to be the voice of reason trying to get her family back together. However, that was not about to happy.

Mykelti told her mother that she asked her dad to drive from Arizona to Utah to see her and the children before she set out for North Carolina. However, Kody never bothered to visit. Mykelti says “It is what it is….

Mykelti Padron Was Kody Brown’s Biggest Supporter

Mykelti was her father’s biggest supporter beside from his five kids with Robyn: Dayton, 25, Aurora, 23, Breanna, 21, Solomon, 13, and Ariella. Let’s be honest, Kody is putting these kids above his older kids for some time now.

Christine Brown Woolley pointed out that their time of being so close is beginning to unravel. Kody cited Business problems as to why he didn’t show up.

“Mykelti and Tony were just sad that they weren’t able to see Kody and Robyn and the kids before they moved. The whole thing’s just been sad. The relationship with them is just not what Mykelti hoped it would be.”

Mykelti Padron Shares Her Perspective

Three months after their move, Mykelti shared her perspective on the divide. “I think that if he took more accountability in any of his actions, his kids—maybe not all of them, but at least some of them—would reach out,” “Instead of blaming the children, or blaming how they feel about his relationship with his other wife or blaming the parents or blaming gossip or whatever, if he just said, ‘Look, I understand I did blank wrong. I’m sorry. Can we talk about it?’ I feel like that would go such a long way.” Mykelti said in an October 2024 Q&A with Without A Crystal Ball.

Mykelti pushed back on Kody’s view saying, “No matter what happens between myself and my kids, I would always sit outside that door, knock, apologize and ask and ask and ask and just continue to try to do whatever I could to make that relationship stronger,” Mykelti said of Kody’s knife in the kidney comment. “I feel like that’s what you do as a parent. Sometimes you just have to take the knife in the kidney, get over it, and apologize.” Who should be the one making an effort to fix things because it certainly doesn’t seem to be the kids.
