Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are already prepping for the upcoming Halloween, and to get their little family in the mood for the big day, they visited a pumpkin patch that was located next to a gas station.
However, even though the little video appeared to show Meghan, Harry and kids having fun, fans couldn’t help seeing otherwise.
Prince Harry Appears Downcast In Latest Family Outing
Fans are convinced that even though Meghan Markle tried to sell the image of a happy family at a pumpkin patch, Harry wasn’t in the mood to play along.
In the video, we see Archie, 6, and Lilibet, 4, running around and having fun, and basically picking out pumpkins, whilst Harry and Meghan proudly watched on. Another moment showed Harry carving triangular eyes on the pumpkin to make a jack-o’-lantern.
However, the point where fans found the most tell-tale signs was when Harry was standing next to Meghan, as the kids ran through the pumpkin patch. In the clip, Harry seems like he’s barely holding onto Meghan’s hand, with his head a bit turned to the ground.
“All I feel is misery,” one fan observed, with another agreeing, “Harry truly looks defeated.”
As for the pumpkin-carving display, Harry did not receive any medals for his efforts. Instead, he got grief instead. “The problem isn’t so much the pumpkin carving…it’s like that is the only thing going on in his life. Polo. Suing for security. Pumpkin carving. What actually is his occupation?” Comparing Harry’s latest bout of creativity to his brothers’ global environmental prize competition, the fan added, “Pumpkin carving isn’t exactly Earthshot, Harry.”
Another blasted him as a “Pumpkin Carving Influencer,” mocking his so-called “downfall.”
Meghan Markle Accused of Trying To Steer Drama With Video Showing Archie and Lilibet’s Faces
Meghan also posted and then deleted a video that showed Archie and Lilibet’s faces. This little scene happened as Harry carved the jack-o’-lanterns after the family had returned from their pumpkin patch trip.
Two seconds in the video, Archie and Lilibet ran into the frame, even though it was just for some few seconds. Even though not much can be observed, it was still the clearest glimpse of the youngsters in years.
“I’m sure Meghan wants everyone to make a big deal about it,” one fan wrote.
Another reasoned, “It’s funny when you think about it because the reality is that even if she exposes the kids’ faces, no one would recognize them.”
