Prince Harry Sets The Record Straight About Meeting King Charles

Royal Family followers were shocked earlier this month when Prince Harry and King Charles reunited for a brief and private meeting in the UK.  Now, Harry has decided to set the record straight about their meeting and issued a statement to the press…shocker.

The Duke of Sussex traveled to the UK and met with his estranged father for 55 minutes on September 10th.  Seeing as how they hadn’t seen each other since February 2024, their meeting made headlines.

An Official Statement From Duke Of Sussex

Obviously cameras were not present, and no one knows what the father and son discussed.  But, the Duke of Sussex is very upset about an insider leaking to the press that he gave his dad a framed photo and was treated like a stranger by the Royals.  

Prince Harry’s rep released an official statement regarding the reports on September 27th, “Recent reporting of The Duke’s view of the tone of the meeting is categorically false.  The quotes attributed to him are pure invention fed, one can only assume, by sources intent on sabotaging any reconciliation between father and son. Presumably, those same sources have also chosen to disclose that gifts were exchanged.”

Ironically, it’s common knowledge that one of the reasons the Royals put so much distance between Prince Harry and his family and themselves is because he wouldn’t stop talking to the press. It seems a little counterproductive to try and repair his relationship with his father, and then turn around and do the ONE thing his family can’t stand.  

What Was Prince Harry’s Real Reason

Prince Harry’s statement from his rep seems harmless, but he’s only feeding the media frenzy.  One might even argue that he’s trying to stay relevant and keep everyone chatting about his Royal Family visit.
