Prince Harry Left Everyone Stunned With This Rude Remark About the Late Queen Elizabeth

Prince Harry has been pretty much saying whatever it is he wants to say, whether it’s about his family, his childhood as a member of the Royal Family, his thoughts on AI, but he might have taken the term freedom of speech too far if a royal author is to be believed.

However, this “infuriating” statement from Harry was actually made a few years ago.

According to royal author Tom Bower, Prince Harry made some infuriating assertions about his late grandmother that ruffled Palace feathers.

At the time, the Prince was happy to tell Hoda Kotb on NBC’s US morning show Today about the Queen, granted he could score himself some good boy points along the way.

He insisted she was in “great form” following her then-bout with COVID, and added that he was committed to making sure she was “protected and got the right people around her.” He would even go further to allege that the Queen would tell him things she told no other.

This, of course, caused some tempers to flare, with Tom Bower ultimately writing in his 2022 book, ‘Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors,’ that “Charles, Anne, William and all the Queen’s staff, implied Harry, were inadequate for the task. He appeared to speak from the heart. It seemed Harry had resumed the war against his family. The ‘olive branch’ media headline about his visit to Windsor splintered.”

“Predictably, Harry’s assertion of his special status aroused accusations about his ‘breathtaking arrogance’ with ‘no bounds to his self-delusion’. Responding to the public fury, Downing Street even issued a statement that the Queen was well-protected.”

Meanwhile, recent reports have suggested that Harry sent the late Queen to the edge at the time of his first daughter’s birth. According to Daily Mail, the “furious Elizabeth hurled newspaper to floor after reading Lilibet was given her childhood nickname.”

Even though Palace sources would later deny it, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at the time announced that they’d given their daughter the name with the Queen’s full knowledge and blessing.
