Prince Harry And Meghan Need to Keep Netflix Deal If They Want To Maintain Expensive Lifestyle

Once Hollywood’s hottest cakes, Prince Harry and Meghan are all but disposed of. They’ve lost several deals – the biggest ones being Spotify and Penguin Random House – and there are no more new deals to compensate for it.

Yes, Meghan inked a deal to have her podcast on Lemonada, but the platform is frightfully a huge decline from Spotify that the paychecks can’t even begin to compare.

This means that their last big contract is Netflix, and well, they’re probably going to try their very best to keep it.

Meghan’s lifestyle show, ‘With Love, Meghan’ is going to need to step it up in season 2 if they’re going to keep that sweet Netflix money.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Need Netflix Money To Compensate For Lack of New Contracts

Harry and Meghan have an expensive lifestyle in California, what with their multi-million dollar mansion and security. If they’re going to keep it up, they might need to step it up.

Speaking on this, Bronte Coy opined: “Harry and Meghan need to keep these deals going, they have a very expensive lifestyle, particularly with security and everything. I think it is in danger of being axed or significantly reduced.”

Royal Expert Says Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Are Eventually Going To Run Out of Ideas

When Harry and Meghan left the Royal Family, they inked multi-million dollar deals and produced shows for platforms like Apple TV+.

However, at the time, most of their works centered on being critical of the Royal Family so that was the kind of crowd they drew in. If they can’t feed this crowd anymore royal tidbits, they run a risk of losing them, and there’s only so much rebranding that a couple can do.

Speaking to The Sun’s Matt Wilkinson, royal correspondent Bronte Coy said, “Eventually [Harry and Meghan] are going to run out of ideas and people are not going to be interested.

People will lose interest. She seems to be attracting publicity. She gave it her best shot but it just wasn’t good enough.”

Weighing in on ‘With Love, Meghan’s’ minimal success, Bronte added, “Once this initial interest and hype of the release of the show dies down, which I think it will do quite quickly, fuelled by these terrible reviews, I’ve got to say I don’t think it looks great for the brand. She really needed to sell herself and I don’t think she’s been able to do that here. I don’t see this becoming a raging success to be honest.”

Meghan’s show might have been renewed for a second season, but fans think it’s Netflix’s way of getting a bang for their buck.

If their contract is going to expire this year, Netflix might as well squeeze out all the money they paid them when they initially made the deal. Does this mean that the book adaptation Archewell Productions promised fans might have to wait a little longer?
