Prince George’s Sweet Gesture Reveals His Fondness for Grandpa King Charles III

The Waleses have yet to let fans down when it comes to their annual Christmas cards. This year, the family of five posed together on grass, and with faces brimming with smiles, brought just that much more warmth into people’s hearts. But there’s an even sweeter detail that you might miss if you don’t have a keener eye.

Prince George, 12, is coming of age to the extent he’s even accompanying his parents on official duties. This easing into Royal life for the future King of Britain marks a significant step in the youngster’s life.

Whilst the Prince and Princess of Wales prioritize on privacy for their young children, this year has seen George taking the centerstage at meaningful official events.

And as we ring in this year’s Christmas, George seemed to include a little nod to his grandfather King Charles, who, fun fact, is the longest serving heir in history.

This nod came in the way of a blue beaded bracelet on his wrist, which anyone can easily miss unless that one was paying attention.

Accessories like this has become a key element in the royal family fashion, as of late. The King himself donned a similar bracelet in his Dec. 18 outing to open Guinness Open Gate Brewery in London.

Charles has, in the past, reportedly spotted bracelet that’s said to have been made by his granddaughter, Princess Charlotte.

The monarch is generally known to adore his grandchildren, and if sources are to be believed, meeting his American-based grandchildren is part of the reason he’s eager to be reconciled with his son, Prince Harry.

“Wishing everyone a very Happy Christmas,” the Prince and Princess of Wales write in the Christmas card.

A few days later, they shared an equally heartwarming post, with the message, “Christmas at The Passage, 32 years apart 🎄December 2025: Prince William, Prince George and Head Chef Claudette. December 1993: Diana, Princess of Wales, Prince William and Passage Chefs.”

The post featured two different pictures. In one, Prince William is posing with Prince George at the charity that feeds homeless people, and in the second one, young William is posing right alongside his mother Princess Diana at the same charity event.
