Fans are saying that it’s ‘Lion King’ all over again after learning that Meghan Markle was actively networking at Kris Jenner’s star-studded 70th birthday bash.

With a lot of Hollywood A-listers and successful business owners on the scene, who wouldn’t be tempted to throw away pleasure in favor of business?

“Cool” Meghan Markle was all business as Kris rang in her milestone 70th birthday.

The party, which took place at Jeff Bezos’ Beverly Hills mansion, boasted a lot of celebrities. I’m talking the Biebers, Oprah Winfrey, Tyler Perry, Mariah Carey, Laurén Sanchez, Tina Knowles, Kyle Richards, Kathy Hilton, Vin Diesel, Gayle King and Rita Wilson all on one scene. Heaven for the fame hungry, right?

It’s no secret Meghan has big Hollywood dreams, and whether she’s finding it in front of the cameras or behind it, she’s all for it.

Recently, it was announced that Meghan will be making her return to acting in a big Hollywood production starring Brie Larson and Lily Collins. The catch is that she will be playing herself in the comedy.

But with her Netflix show ‘With Love, Meghan’ nearly at the end of its tether – as per speculations, that is – Meghan is no doubt looking for new contacts that might open doors to new opportunities. And what better place to grab those new contacts than a Kardashian party?

“She was definitely in networking mode,” an insider told Page Six on Monday.

“She schmoozed with a lot of power players,” the insider continued, describing her personality as “cool.”

Jumping from one controversy to another has become a smooth and natural thing for Harry and Meghan. So it was only natural they’d jump from hatgate to photogate. Talk about being under duress and all that.

But let’s focus on the latest one, where Harry and Meghan reached out to Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian to ask for their pictures to be deleted from the mother-daughter pair’s social media pages.

“They were polite but firm—nothing goes online without their sign-off,” one source claimed. “They’ve built their brand on control, and they weren’t about to let a Kardashian post ruin that.”

In return, Kris Jenner’s camp replied: “Kris doesn’t like being told what to do—especially not by royals who live in Montecito. She said if Meghan and Harry want control, they can have it—just not on her guest list.”
