McBee Dynasty Bombshell – Steven McBee’s Hot Mic Gaffe Sends Shockwaves

When Steven McBee Sr. finally reappeared in The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys Season 2, fans probably expected a little drama.

What they got instead was a two-course serving of family tension, hot mic meltdowns, and an unexpected appearance from his fiery girlfriend, Masha — all in one episode.

Episode 7 brought the McBee crew to Nashville, where they gathered to celebrate Jesse McBee’s birthday. The table was full: brothers Steven Jr., Cole, and Brayden were there, along with friends, and notably, Steven Sr.’s ex, Galyna Saltkovska, seated right beside him.

The reunion between Steven Sr. and Galyna started off surprisingly civil. She asked how he’d been during his absence, which came amid a still-looming FBI investigation.

He explained that he’d been “trying to wrap up” projects in Nashville so he could return to the Gallatin, Missouri farm and, as he joked, “be a burr under everybody’s saddle again every day.”  But the calm didn’t last long.

Hot Mic Drama No. 1: The Restroom Showdown

Midway through dinner, Steven Sr.’s phone buzzed relentlessly. He excused himself to the restroom, where his mic — still live — caught an escalating argument with Masha.

“What the f–k? What are you doing? I’m in the middle of dinner with 15 people,” he snapped, frustration spilling through his voice. “You talk about no pressure. This is the most pressure I’ve ever seen!”

He reminded her that he hadn’t seen his sons “for months” and demanded she “respect” that time. The call ended with him shouting, “Do not come down here! I will see you in a few days. I don’t have time for this!”

But, of course, Masha had other plans.

Smashed Windows and a Surprise Arrival

By the next morning, Steven Jr. spotted something alarming on Instagram: Masha was in Nashville. Not long after, the McBee brothers found that both Steven Sr.’s and Steven Jr.’s truck windows had been smashed. Steven Jr. didn’t mince words, suggesting Masha was “probably” responsible.

Later, Masha appeared uninvited at the house where the family was staying. She claimed she was simply dropping off some bags, but headed straight upstairs to confront Steven Sr. What followed was Hot Mic Drama No. 2.

“You flew down here? That’s crazy!” Steven Sr. exclaimed.

“Why are you lying to me? I know she’s staying here!” Masha shot back — referring to none other than Galyna, her ex-friend.

Steven Sr. denied it, insisting, “She came for a spice meeting for f–k’s sake! She’s not staying here. This is absolutely crazy.”

On her way out, Masha turned, flipped him the middle finger, and told the brothers goodbye before leaving.

Family Reactions: Love, Laughter, and Worry

Despite the chaos, Steven Jr. admitted in a confessional, “Even though my dad’s not perfect, I love my dad, and I love being around him.” Jesse echoed the sentiment, saying, “Seeing my dad for the first time is obviously amazing. I miss him and I miss hanging out with him.”

Even Galyna took a positive approach to the reunion. “It’s really good to see Steve. It’s been a while and it feels extremely good just to be joking, laughing,” she said, noting her focus was on celebrating Jesse.

But back in Gallatin, Steven Sr.’s ex-wife, Kristi McBee, was far less enthused. “I get so worried when they’re around their dad because it’s never for the boys,” she told Darla, wife of the boys’ Uncle Jimmy. “It’s about him and what makes him look cool… I just want more for the boys, [and] I want more for their families.” She didn’t hold back, calling her ex a “hypocrite.”

What’s Next for the McBee Patriarch

Steven Sr.’s return comes under a cloud of serious legal trouble. Following an FBI investigation, he pleaded guilty to insurance fraud — a scheme that cost the U.S. Department of Agriculture more than $4 million. He now faces a possible 30-year prison sentence, with his sentencing set for September 9, 2025.

Whether he’ll have more time to be “a burr under everybody’s saddle” remains to be seen. But if Episode 7 is any indication, the McBee family’s road ahead will be anything but dull.
