Is Galen Gering Leaving Days Of Our Lives – Rafe Hernandez Set To Exit?

Days of Our Lives spoilers have fans questioning the future of Rafe Hernandez in Salem.

After all, during the Friday, April 25 episode, Rafe officially broke up with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) and stated that he was thinking about leaving Black Patch and heading out of town for an FBI job that was presented to him. Is Galen Gering exiting the soap?

Rafe Hernandez’s History In Salem

Days of Our Lives spoilers remind fans that Rafe is a key player on the show. He entered the canvas in 2008 and has been in a number of intriguing, as well as over-the-top, storylines.

In addition, as a leading man, he’s romanced many leading ladies during his time with the soap.

From Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) to Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow), as well as Hope Williams Brady (Kristian Alfonso) – just to name a few, Rafe been involved with some top female Days stars over the years.

No Confirmation, Yet

As of this writing, neither Days nor Gering has mentioned an exit. With that said, this doesn’t mean the actor could not – or would not – leave the daytime drama. While he has been with the soap for 17 years, this doesn’t mean he wouldn’t be immune to an exit.

Key players have been known to make shocking exits in the past, and Gering wouldn’t be an exception to the rule.

After all, with no romance – Jada does seem to be moving on with Shawn-Douglas Brady (Brandon Beemer) – if Rafe doesn’t officially leave the show, fans may simply see less of him on canvas.

There’s not exactly another woman on the horizon for Rafe to dive into a relationship with. At this point, all the females on canvas are either with someone else, too young to date Rafe, or are related to Rafe.

Still, there’s always a chance Sami returns for romance with Rafe … or maybe Belle Black (Martha Madison) ditches EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) for another one of her sister’s exes?
