GH Steve Burton Shares Powerful Life Message

If there’s one person that we can count on to always tell it like it is, you better believe that it’s General Hospital star Steve Burton.

The actor, who is best known for his role as Jason Morgan, once again shared this thoughts about life and how one can improve while he was at the gym this past week.

His words have become very inspirational for a lot of his social media fans and followers.

General Hospital’s Steve Burton: “It Always Comes Down To This”

Steve, as always, took to his Instagram account to write, “Just got out of the gym. Hope you guys are having a great day. The gym is… the answer sometimes.”

“You know, it gets you out of a funk, makes you feel good, it’s good for you. No one comes out of the gym going, ‘Hey this day’s gonna suck.’ Usually you feel better for a reason. But I always get to think during the gym. It’s very meditative for me, you know.”

He added, “But it always comes back to this mindset. It comes back to the quality of our life is gonna depend on the quality of your thoughts. We are our thoughts.”

“Like, you know many people with a negative mindset. All they’re gonna see is problems. People who are negative can never see the positive.”

General Hospital News: What’s Next For Steve Burton?

“Now, you know people with a positive mindset, they’re looking for solutions. The beautiful thing about this is we get to choose every day. Do you want to be negative or do you want to be positive in life? Stay strong. Mindset is everything.”
