GH Spoilers: Willow’s Amnesia Comes Undone, She Remembers Who Shot Drew?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that the search for Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooter has been going on for some time.

Half of PC was under suspicion but now his wife Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is on trial for the crime.

Red hot General Hospital spoilers show that on the December 19, 2025 episode, lawyer Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) fought it out in court.

But it ain’t over till the chubby lady sings, and this story has more twists and turns than a Magic Mountain roller coaster.

We expect more surprises to come and rumors point to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) being a prime alternate suspect.

Who Really Shot Drew Cain?

Drew was shot in September and you would think that the PCPD would be able to decide by now who their suspect is. Poor Willow has whiplash from being arrested, released, and arrested again.

Here’s what we know: Michael was in the vicinity of Drew’s house the night of the shooting, as was Willow. The show has also appeared to make it seem that Michael framed Willow for the crime. But what if that was wholly unnecessary?

Did Willow or Michael Shoot Drew?

Even the audience doesn’t know what to think at this point! After the fabulous Friday Cliffhanger, fans took to socials to air their latest ideas and there’s a trend toward Willow actually seeing Michael shoot Drew, and that she blacked this out.

Willow has been under a great deal of stress after losing her kids and getting caught in an affair with Drew. Topping it off, their sex scenes were broadcast to the entire Q family!

Is it more than reasonable to think that the stress made her block out some horrible memories? Definitely maybe! In this case she would have protected her psyche by “forgetting” the traumatic scene, and subsequently Michael is taking advantage of her amnesia.

That doesn’t mean that Willow won’t regain her memory if indeed she saw Michael shot Drew.
