‘GH’ Spoilers: Will Curtis And Jordan Actually Wait For The Divorce To Hit The Sheets?

General Hospital spoilers report Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) has been confused for long enough!

The man finally knows what he wants, and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) wants to make him wait to explore whether there is a lingering relationship worth saving between them.

Their own divorce didn’t end on the best terms, but ultimately, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) kind of one the man on her arm.

Now, Curtis is divorcing Portia and prepared to jump into bed with Jordan — who is holding back and asking for patience, letting him know she’s not keen on moving this union forward until he is actually legally single again.

Jordan’s abundance of caution and fear that she can’t endure possibly losing him again sounds like foreshadowing of the difficult road ahead. Will this former couple reunite sooner than later, or can they hold out for a divorce that Portia may not want since laying her eyes on that liplock.

Portia is in Pain

Portia was headed to Jordan’s place on Monday to let her know how much she didn’t appreciate being robbed of the opportunity to tell Curtis about the baby on board herself. She couldn’t have imagined that Jordan didn’t really go out of her way to stick it to Portia.

Rather, she wasn’t comfortable moving forward with Curtis while that secret was hanging in the balance. Once again, Jordan was just trying to do the right thing and be honest — two traits Portia has yet to figure out, especially when it comes to her husband.

She was hoping to show up to Jordan’s place and read her the riot act, not find her lip-locked with Curtis. This may change everything.

Curtis Seems Ready Now

Jordan said she wants to wait this out, but the fans aren’t buying the idea that Curtis is actually in agreement. It seems like this guy has never really been good at living the single life.

The fan base has been privy to the tension between Jordan and her ex-hubs for years now. Everyone knows the pressure is mounting between them to take this to the next level.

Besides, divorce takes time — and now there may be custody issues in the mix. So with most fans thinking Curtis and Jordan will never hold out for long, some are questioning if Jordan and Curtis may slip up and give into their impulses sooner than they’re planning.

Portia might’ve been ready to leave her marriage behind, but is she ready to see him move on with Jordan of all people and potentially build a family somewhere else? Witnessing that kiss between them might set Portia’s world on fire now.

She was hoping she’d have more time before she had to risk telling Curtis the baby may not be his. Now, seeing him so close to moving on, she could decide to milk this opportunity for all it’s worth and drag out a divorce just to delay how far he can take things with Jordan.
