That’s why there’s already so much speculation as to who Willow might hook up with next. This woman can’t be without a man.

If she does end up cheating on Drew, she could end up with Cody, Isaiah, or even Chase again. In this fictional town of Port Charles, you just never know which two are going to pair up next.

As you can imagine, General Hospital fans a lot of theories about this potential storyline on social media.

Some have even commented with, “I can’t see Chase ever going back to Willow; she also ‘cheated’ on him before and she doesn’t deserve him. Chase really is in love with Brook Lynn like really IN LOVE like ride or die type of marriage.”
