‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update: Will Bombshell, Liz’s Confrontation, Alexis’ Grave Danger

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of September 29, 2025. Fans can expect Monica Quartermaine’s (Lesley Charleson) will reading to have everyone reeling. 

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) finds herself in peril. Plus, Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) have a confrontation. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Monica Quartermaine’s Will Reading

Let’s start off with Monica, who has died. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) attempted to crash the funeral, but was wheeled right back out. 

Next, we will see Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) deal with an unexpected face. It turns out that Erika Slezak’s character is Veronica “Ronnie” Bard. The woman suddenly turned up at the Quartermaine estate during Monica’s funeral.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the will reading, which is said to end up with “dramatic” consequences.

Later, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) makes a promise. By Friday, Tracy won’t be the only one making vows as Drew makes one of his own.) 

Anna Devane’s Shocking Evidence

In a preview clip for Monday’s episode, the police commissioner takes a phone call. During that call, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) agrees that it changes everything. Later, Anna ends up receiving shocking evidence.

Surprising Search Warrant

General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 29 reveal that Anna and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) work together to deliver a search warrant.

That same day, expect Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) to receive news that is life-changing.  gets life-changing news. Later, Portia learns about Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) new theory. 

It is also stated that Jacinda (Paige Herschell) and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) compare notes. The blonde did her part in the shared alibi cover story, but she’s not sure if they are in the clear or not. That same day, expect Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) to be distraught.

Week of September 29, 2025

Alexis ends up in some kind of danger. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) ends up forming a new connection. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) gets grilled. Later, Alexis manages to issue a warning to Sonny. 

Liz ends up facing off with Britt. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) comes back to Port Charles. Once back in town, she will have to have a meeting with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).

Britt ends up playing hardball. Meanwhile, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) mediates between Britt and her mother, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). 

Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) finally makes a huge decision. Will the young man finally forgive his family? Also, Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) meets up with Portia. Plus, Carly visits Liz.
