‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update: Sidwell’s Charm, Gio’s Discovery, Laura’s Sacrifice

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of November 10, 2025! Fans can expect Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) to try to charm Ava Jerome (Maura West). Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) make a horrifying discovery.

Meanwhile, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) decides to make a sacrifice. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Sonny Corinthos’ Family Feud

Let’s begin with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). On Monday, the mob boss meets with his son. Sonny orders Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) to “end this, now!”

However, from the look on Michael’s face, I’m not sure if he will follow orders. Later in the week, fans can expect Michael to make a surprising move. 

Meanwhile, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is shocked. That occurs the same day as Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) prison visit.

The lawyer tells Willow that she has some “potentially good news.” It is also stated that Alexis will continue to get pressured by Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Isaiah Gannon’s Intel

General Hospital spoilers for the week of November 10 reveal that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) confesses. Not to the police but to Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). Then, Isaiah suggests that Portia go to the police to “clear things up.”

Jenz Sidwell’s Charm

Fans watched Ava and Sidwell  meet. The topic was Sonny. However, the art gallery owner warned Sidwell that Sonny’s children were threatened, so there will be no truce. Sidwell seems smitten and intrigued by Ava. So, expect the villain to try to charm the lady. 

Week of November 10, 2025

Fans will also see Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) get some jaw-dropping news. The next day, she demands answers.

BLQ will also confide in Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and ask him not to tell a soul. Later in the week, Brook Lynn leans on her hubby, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). Speaking of Chase, the detective connects with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).

Emma and Gio will make some kind of horrifying discovery. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) panics.

Then, Britt and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) end up getting an unexpected interruption. That same day, Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) has terrible timing.  As the week comes to a close, Britt issues a threat against Sidwell. 

Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) confides in Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero). Meanwhile, Laura makes some kind of sacrifice. 

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) faces off with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). Meanwhile, Justine Turner’s (Nazneez Contractor) plan falls apart.
