Trina’s Parents’ Marriage Is Falling Apart, Thanks To Drew, And She’s Worried About Kai!

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) might be on the verge of divorce due to the ongoing Drew situation. Trina’s family is going through tough times, yet her main concern lies with Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) at this point.

Similar to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), Kai is overlooking the warning signs and the skeptics regarding Drew.

It’s evident that Kai is experiencing some sort of enchantment and is holding onto the belief that Drew is a fundamentally good person.

Once Kai confesses that he has taken the paid internship that Drew proposed, Trina’s worry will intensify.

Drew Keeps Working All The Angles

Drew continues to keep Curtis and Portia on a collision course, although Curtis is formulating a take-down plan with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).

It appears that Drew is exploring every possible strategy to draw Kai into his sphere, prompting Trina to consider that she has had enough.

In the June 20 episode of GH, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) recently engaged in a detailed discussion about the significant secret Nina is harboring regarding Drew.

It likely wasn’t wise to talk about Nina and Drew’s intense encounters at the gallery, especially with potential eavesdroppers around – particularly Trina!

Trina Could Have Overheard At Least Part Of Nina And Ava’s Discussion

Even though Trina was in bed with Kai when that discussion began, she might have overheard the conclusion of it after she got to the gallery. There’s some flexibility here – particularly since Trina expressed her regrets to Ava for her tardiness.

That late arrival might have included lingering around the corner to listen in if that’s the direction the GH writers choose to take.

Trina could have been eavesdropping and waited for Nina to leave before revealing herself-even if Trina is unaware of Nina and Drew’s secret at this moment, she could eventually uncover it.

Ava and Nina are clearly unable to stop discussing it, which means there may be more opportunities for her to eavesdrop in the future.

Trina Could And Perhaps Should Be The One To Expose Dirty Drew

Regardless of the situation, it seems likely that Trina will be the one to reveal Drew’s true nature and ruin his life. Would Kai’s opinion of Drew change if he discovered that Drew was involved with Willow’s mother while sabotaging her marriage to Michael?

Naturally, Trina should tread carefully, as such a scheme could easily backfire; if she takes this step, Kai might turn against her, but she feels compelled to take action!

Trina may wind up with having to prove Drew’s true nature to Kai like Nina is trying to with Willow, and Kai may be just as seemingly brainwashed.
