‘GH’ Spoilers Thursday, September 18: Travel Advice, Money Needed, A Family In Shock!

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Thursday, September 18 tease travel advice, money needed, and a family in shock!

Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) gives “travel advice”, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) needs substantial money, and the Quartermaine family’s in shock!

Travel Advice

It looks like Lulu and daughter Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) are at Bobbie’s, as she gives her daughter some “travel advice”. (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)

Apparently, she’s been convinced to make the visit to Steinmauer to see Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), after Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) made the offer.

Lulu tells Charlotte if she does decide to go, just know she’ll be with her the whole time.

Two different people had advised Lulu if she forbad Charlotte from having anything to do with her father, that she may resent her.

It sounds like Lulu has taken the advice to heart and letting Charlotte “cast the deciding vote”.

Money Needed

Elsewhere, Gio is making a pitch for some substantial money, which he wants as a reward for finding Outback the dog-who’s moved into the Q stable with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly)!

Apparently Cody doesn’t realize Outback belongs to someone and hasn’t seen any of the flyers Gio has had made and distributed around town.

In his prior conversation at the Brown Dog bar with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) Gio thought of asking his grandfather  for money.

Emma had suggested asking Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) but Gio said no. Will Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) give him the money he needs if Gio asks him?

Family Meeting

In the meantime, some other of Gio’s and Sonny’s family seems to be having a meeting-Gio’s birth father, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is talking to Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi).

He tells an interested and receptive Kristina that he’s open to suggestions. Dante’s got a real burr up his behind over the return of Britt Westbourne, (Kelly Thiebaud) and he’s really upset Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) brought her back to Port Charles.

Dante had just vented to Cody about worries  Britt will never be out of their lives, and that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) might bond with her, while Lulu feared he’d be hurt.

Will Kristina be able to come up with any suggestions to help her older brother?

Keeping Secrets

In the meantime, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) is with Cody at the stables, saying she’s pretty sure that his secret’s safe with her.

Might that be the secret beagle he’s recently acquired as a pet, not knowing Outback belongs to someone else?

Molly looks happy, it surely isn’t a secret he’s asked her to keep about something nefarious or negative!

Molly seems won over by the cuteness factor, and Cody was very forgiving about Outback stealing his lunch!

Job Offer

In the meantime, Britt has gone to the hospital to ask for her job back, or at least a job. Her co-chief of staff position had been filled by Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) when Britt faked her death.

GH spoilers say Britt swallows her pride, so the job offer she’s given is likely not a top position-she may  not even have an American medical license to use!

Her medical license was likely invalidated when she faked her death, although she may not have needed it in Croatia to work in that lab.

She’s happy when she says of course, she’ll come back to work-but it might be as an orderly or worse!

A Family In Shock!

In the meantime, at the Quartermaine mansion, a family is in shock as their matriarch, Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) has passed away.

Jason had come to the mansion and Tracy had asked him to gently deliver the news that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) had been shot.

This was after Tracy told him that she saw Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) leaving the scene of the crime, Tracy had found Drew injured and called 911.

But Jason, in tears, had found he didn’t have to tell Monica-she had passed away. Tracy, in tears, is in shock as she tells him it can’t be true-and asks him if he’s positive.
