‘GH’ Spoilers Thursday, October 9: Comparing Notes, Legitimate Threats, A Trap Is Set!

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Thursday, October 8 tease comparing notes, legitimate threats, and just what she wants to hear!

Three Highlights You Can’t Miss

• Emotions run high as Carly’s fury and heartbreak reach a breaking point — leaving everyone around her shaken.
• Jason’s patience finally snaps, and his chilling threat leaves no doubt he means business.

Next on General Hospital

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) compare notes, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) makes a legitimate threat, and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) hears just what she wants to hear!

Nathan Makes A Declaration

Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is obviously ready to leave the hospital, he’s dressed and ready as Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) looks shocked! (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)

He tells her as far as he’s concerned, the sooner the better, and he’s obviously talking about leaving GH and picking up his life-what he remembers, anyway.

It might be a while before he can reconnect with Maxie Jones, (Kirsten Storms) since she’s in a coma, but he’s bonded with James West (Gary James Fuller).

Nathan seems anxious to pick up where he apparently left off before being shot and “dying”. But Britt definitely knows something that would make that a very, very bad idea!

Comparing Notes

In the meantime, Anna compares notes on the Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shooting investigation with Dante.

She tells him he might be the perfect  person to help her figure this out. Even though Dante also lives in the Quartermaine mansion, in addition to Harrison Chase, (Josh Swickard) Anna apparently thinks Dante may be a little less affected by the family.

She knows his mother, who’s married to Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) isn’t going to hold it against him for doing his job, so there’s not as much pressure.

Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is still the strongest person of interest, and Chase did find Edward Quartermaine’s (John Ingle) gun missing-but Jason was gone; who could have destroyed the evidence?

Josslyn Fudges The Truth To Vaughn

Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) put Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) on the spot, and she had to make up a story to her mother, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

This was  to keep her own WSB status secret, and now she’s telling S. Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) what happened-but not completely!  

She cried as she told her mother that she’d been deceived, and found out that Vaughn was a WSB agent, acting like Vaughn had deceived her-put up to it by Jack!

She tells Vaughn that her mother knows he’s WSB, and he asks “What?” She’ll fudge the truth and won’t tell him how she really found out, although perhaps he should know Jack’s duplicity!

Carly’s Angry

In the meantime, Carly is in her kitchen and she’s raging mad-she tells someone, “There is one person that I need to hear from”!

Presumably, this is about Michael being a top suspect in Drew’s shooting, but who might she be speaking to-is she venting to Sonny Corinthos, (Maurice Benard) perhaps? 

Whoever she’s talking to is getting a handful to handle, because Carly’s mad as a wet hen! It sounds like Carly’s not having such a good day, but whoever she’s talking about might be having a worse one.

Legitimate Threats

In the meantime, Brennan is still with Jason at the waterfront, and Jason makes a legitimate threat-or should this be called a promise?

He makes it clear to Brennan “You hurt them and you see what happens!” Who is Brennan a threat to-it’s a good chance the subject matter is Britt and possibly Nathan, although Carly and Joss may be included as well.

Brennan’s not involved in the shooting investigation so this must be about something else! He’d probably do well to heed Jason’s warning, because if he hurts Jason’s loved ones, he’ll get hurt in return.

Just What She Wants To Hear

In the meantime, Michael has sought out Willow at Elizabeth’s house, and tells her just what she wants to hear. He tells her, “Willow, I want you to see the kids” and makes a proposal to facilitate that, now that the court has been postponed to January.

But someone may be walking into a trap-the question is, who is it, Michael or Willow, considering Drew’s conversation with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight)? Whose alibi will crumble, Willow’s, Michael’s, or someone else’s; more than likely it’s Willow’s.
