‘GH’ Spoilers Thursday, December 18: Nathan Backs Up Lulu, Jason Seeks Out Josslyn, Anna’s Startled By A “Diversion”

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Thursday, December 18 tease Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) will back up Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) seeks out Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).

And still held captive, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is startled by what she sees, and throws something at the “diversion”.

Nathan Backs Up Lulu

At Lulu’s house, Nathan backs her up as someone apparently is giving her a legal type of hassle-she tells the person, “In that case, you’re going to have to take me in”.

Might it be Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) giving her the hassle? She’s not in court, although Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is still there.

It does seem strange that Nathan and Lulu aren’t at the courthouse for Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) trial, even though Dante is. Either way, Nathan will back up Lulu and call off the “police dog”!

Dante Is On The Stand

In the meantime, Dante is on the stand, and it’s obvious he’s getting ready to testify about the traffic cam footage that he and Nathan found with Willow on it.

It shows Willow all the way to Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) house from the hospital in her car, part of it so detailed she’s seen in tears inside the car.

This was during the timeframe when he was shot, so it is very important footage and largely undeniable. Behind the counsellor’s table, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) pleads with the judge- “Defense strenuously objects to the admission of this evidence”.

But unless Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) managed to have a secret WSB plant within the DA’s office or the PCPD erase the footage, it’s likely going to be presented.

Carly Gives Jack An Early Christmas Present?

Jack’s nowhere near the courthouse, and neither is Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) at the time-they’re at Carly’s house in the kitchen.

He smiles as she flirts and tells him to consider it her early Christmas present! Secretly, she and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) are still working on a plot to take Brennan down.

And unbeknownst to Jack, Valentin’s staying in Carly’s attic. And could be watching with interest and hearing every word!

Jason Seeks Out Josslyn

Elsewhere, Jason seeks out Josslyn, and she looks puzzled as to why he needs her help. He tells her, “Nobody can know that I came here to ask you for help!”

This must have something to do with what Josslyn was trying to find out about Henry Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) lab, although the one at PCU had nothing.

As for the other one, where Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) set the dogs free, it seems there was nothing there but dogs!

However, Josslyn was the one who the drunken Dalton told about there being yet another one where the work was really being done!

Britt Clarifies

In the meantime, someone is asking Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) about something, and it looks like that  might be Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in the background.

Britt says to the person inquiring, “There’s just one catch!” Obviously, the inquirer wants her to do something or tell them something.

There is a possibility that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) is seeking her out. So far, Lulu hasn’t put him on a chain, but she may consider doing so-maybe that’s the catch!

Anna Startled By A “Diversion”

Elsewhere, Anna, still held captive, possibly underneath Wyndemere Castle, throws something across the room as she’s startled by a “diversion”.

It looks like she could be looking up at a television screen on the wall, or could it be a hologram?

There’s every possibility that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Pascal (Marc Forget) are gaslighting her with an image of Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). “Great Cesar’s Ghost” may well be a hologram interacting with her through artificial intelligence.

Will Anna be able to figure it out when she tries to throw the object again, and it passes right through “him”?
