‘GH’ Spoilers Thursday, August 7: Sonny’s Good News, Ava’s Test, Anna Pulls Strings

General Hospital spoilers are in for Thursday, August 7, 2025! Fans can expect Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) to open up to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).

Ric Lansing (Ric Hearst) is tested by Ava Jerome (Maura West). Plus, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) decides to pull some strings. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the next episode of the ABC soap opera.

Emma Scorpio-Drake Connects

Let’s begin with Emma, who had an encounter with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). The blonde warned Emma not to take the research assistant job with Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard). (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)

Josslyn explained that he kept putting the moves on her, and the professor will do the same to the next girl.

However, Joss and Emma aren’t friends. So, Emma will open up to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).

Sonny Corinthos’ Discovery

Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he will have a catch-up session with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

Fans just watched as BLQ told Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) they can’t adopt yet. The brunette feels that she needs to fix her relationship with Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) first.

While Chase reconnected with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), BLQ goes to see Sonny.

Of course, Sonny might remind BLQ that she can’t rush things with Gio. The young man needs to come to her on his own. Brook Lynn also needs to understand and accept that Gio might never forgive her.

Ava Jerome’s Test

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, August 7 reveal that Ava will be on a new mission. The blonde went to make a new deal with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

The gallery owner wants to cut Alexis’ blackmail in half by cutting out Ric. So, that test likely has something to do with that.

However, Ric is a smart guy and was worried about having consequences. I’m sure Ric took precautions to protect himself legally.

Fans will also see Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) making a bold move. It is teased that she will pull some strings.
