What Happens to Dalton?

The events during the week of November 17-21 rush forth like water from a broken spigot. It is November Sweeps after all, and the show has been building to a chaotic crescendo for weeks.

Murder is always on the table during sweeps and we sense that a whodunit involving tacky Dr. Dalton is in the works.

Since his introduction, Dalton has been used sparingly and has zero ties to anyone on the canvas. He’s also been nasty, cheap, and rude to everyone, making him a splendid whodunit candidate.

Is Dalton About to Enter the Whodunit Zone?

Dalton’s latest egregious act involves framing Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) for destroying his PCU lab. Rocco and his friends entered the lab but did nothing destructive while there. Nonetheless, Dalton manufactured evidence to send the teen to jail.

In the Friday, November 14 episode, Laura knew her grandson was being framed, and previews for Monday, November 17 show her lashing out at Dalton in public.

She also has to worry about city councilman Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove), who is competing against her to be mayor of PC.

Sidwell’s Threat

During the week of November 17, Sidwell hatches a scheme to take out two problems at once: Laura and Dalton.
