GH Spoilers: Peter August Holds Britt’s Life and Death In His Hands?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that the rumor mill is churning with speculation that Peter August aka Heinrich (Wes Ramsey), is the one running Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) life in Croatia.

Since they’re both supposed to be dead, why not? Let’s take a peek at how this plot might be in play!

Is Peter Running Britt’s Life?

Daytime is a magical, mystery land where characters routinely return from the dead. So, who’s to say that these siblings aren’t in cahoots? Someone is running the show and keeping Britt in check as she analyzes Professor Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) data.

In the beginning, fans speculated that Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) was pulling the strings. This includes managing Britt’s medication which theoretically could be withheld if she doesn’t do what the boss wants.

Will Britt Be Denied Her Medication?

When you look at it that way, it seems unlikely Faison would deny medicine to his own daughter, Britt. Peter on the other hand, is a famous jerk. We can most certainly see him bargaining with lives in order to get what he wants.

Would Peter withhold his sister’s medication to blackmail her into doing his bidding? Yes!
GH Co-Head Writers Elizabeth Korte and Chris Van Etten told SOD that the lab work and analysis “is potentially both very valuable – and very dangerous.”

“It’s the kind of project you’d have to be both crazy and diabolical to undertake. That’s the sort of person Britt and Dalton are working for.”

Is Peter Diabolical?

Most of PC would agree that Peter is diabolical. As a villain, he had few peers. Making the matter more juicy, Van Etten and Korte said that the “Faison/Obrecht clan is just getting started.”

Peter is Faison and Alex Marick’s (Finola Hughes) son and it’s possible that Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) upcoming crisis ties in with a Peter return.

We can tell you that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) may kidnap Maxie to keep her from handing over Deception’s Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) intel to the cops. Peter was obsessed with Maxie so if Sidwell and he work together, the plot begins to make a bit more sense!
