General Hospital spoilers gush Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) faces a reckoning in Port Charles after Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) let her fury get the best of her at the Nurses’ Ball, accidentally exposing Lois’ devastating secret: Giovanni ‘Gio’ Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is her grandson.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) can no longer keep it under wraps that she gave her baby up for adoption years ago, never telling Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about his child, and hiding that truth from everyone else.

By concealing Brook Lynn’s pregnancy and orchestrating Gio’s adoption while keeping him close, Lois betrayed Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero), and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), her ex-husband and closest friends.

With their trust shattered, Ned, Olivia, and Sonny might sever ties with Lois, potentially forcing her to leave the Q mansion and head back to Bensonhurst. Can Lois salvage her relationships, or will her lies exile her for good?

Olivia and Lois May Not Bounce Back This Time

How could Lois possibly do this to all of them when she was right there and had a front-row seat to how painful it was for Sonny to learn that Olivia had concealed his identity from Dante all those years while never telling Sonny she had his child?
