‘GH’ Spoilers Monday, April 14:  Worries & Fears, Not-So-Done Deals, Political Pressure

GH' Spoilers Monday, April 14:  Worries & Fears, Not-So-Done Deals, Political PressureGeneral Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, April 14 tease worries and fears, not-so-done deals, and political pressure. Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is worried and fearful, Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) plot is not such a done deal, and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) seems to have political pressure.

Probing Questions

After Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) told Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) he was taking Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) offer during the Friday, April 11 episode, she was worried. During Monday’s show, she’ll ask her mother, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), what she found out. The questions needing answered aren’t so much about the medical procedure, but about if Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) can be trusted.

Portia had given an assignment to Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) to check through all of Drew’s past medical records including when he first came to town as Jake Doe. What will he find out?

Worries & Fears

After the huge argument between Drew and Willow and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) in which Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) intervened, General Hospital spoilers note that Willow’s now scared.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was at Willow and Drew’s house when Carly let loose her tirade and saw the whole thing. During Monday’s show Willow will think about all of Carly’s threats and perhaps what she said is finally resonating. She is almost shaking and on the verge of tears during a clip for Monday, as she tells Nina she’s scared there’s some truth to it!

Not-So-Done Deals

In the meantime, Ava is visiting Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) in the hospital, and she’ll tell him about her progress on her plan during the April 14 episode. She had decided to take the surveillance tape of Ric’s brake lines being cut and show it to Alexis Davis, (Nancy Lee Grahn) intending to blackmail her a cut of the Cassadine estate. Now Ric tells her this may not be the done deal that she thinks it is.

Ava tries to soothe Ric’s worries, but will she be convincing enough to do so? Ric wasn’t exactly keen on working a blackmail scheme with her against his ex-wife and mother of their daughter over his niece!

Perhaps A Good Thing?

Elsewhere, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) appears to be in a law office with Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) – possibly their mother’s. Molly tells Kristina, as she appears to be looking through a file, or something on a desk, that maybe this is the one good thing to come from her dad’s accident.

Kristina holds in her guilt about what she’d done, not meaning to harm Ric or Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), it was supposed to be Ava! In the meantime, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and Alexis, against the wall, are working on Kristina’s judicial commitment. Maybe the judicial commitment is the good thing … it may get to the root of Kristina’s problems!

Political Pressure

Across town, Laura is with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) during General Hospital’s Monday show. She looks concerned as the mob boss asks her if somebody is pressuring her to come after him, which is exactly what’s happening! Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) has been applying political pressure over her “unsavory associations” because he, Drew, and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) all want Sonny’s pier! The original plans for the Esplanade were clear that it was supposed to be in a certain place in Port Charles, and Pier 55 isn’t it.

Will Laura have to have Sonny arrested and have a case brought against him to prove a point? That’s not something that either one of them want, because currently Sonny isn’t in trouble in the Port Charles jurisdiction!

Carly Spencer’s Fear

In Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) Metro Court suite, Carly confides her worst fears (and it may not be something Jack can help with)! She is nearly in tears as she tells him she may have just handed Michael Corinthos’ (most recently played by Chad Duell) children over to Willow and Drew! She lost her temper, that was obvious and if Jason hadn’t shown up at the last minute, she’d have slugged Willow right in the face! It’s just good that Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) was no longer in the room at the time, that would not have gone over well.
