‘GH’ Spoilers: Martin Gives Tracy An Easy Out From Drew’s Lawsuit-Will She Take It?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) will give Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) an easy out from Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) lawsuit. But will Tracy ultimately take it, after what happens later at Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) will reading?

Drew Is Suing Tracy Over Forcing Him Out Of Monica’s Funeral

Martin meets with Tracy at Bobbie’s, they sit at a table in the seating area outside the restaurant, neither of them even having a cup of coffee or tea.

The conversation is tense, as Martin shows her the summons, documenting Drew’s lawsuit for assault, because she pushed him out of All Saint’s Chapel in his wheelchair. Tracy laughs, as Martin twists the words “threw him out” into a definition of a physical attack.

Martin accuses her of aggravating Drew’s previous injury, and causing emotional distress by banning him from his mother’s funeral-Monica did adopt Drew as an adult before he disappeared.

Otherwise, he never met her until coming to Port Charles with Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) memories and told Martin Monica had even called him but he didn’t answer!

Martin Gives Tracy An Easy Out From Drew’s Lawsuit, But Initially She Doesn’t Take It!

The two of them continue to argue, until Martin gives Tracy an easy out from Drew’s lawsuit-but initially, she doesn’t take it-she says she’ll see both of them in court!

Tracy rants that the lawsuit is the epitome of frivolous, and laughs off the lawsuit, quite sure that it will be thrown out.

There’s no way that Tracy would ever apologize to Drew for throwing him out of Monica’s funeral-and she leaves Martin holding his subpoena, reiterating she’ll see both of them in court.

Martin comes back with accusations, that are probably on target-Tracy cannot admit when she’s wrong, not ever, and doesn’t  have a lick of kindness for anyone. Tracy points her finger, and tells him he’s wrong-except in the case of Drew!

Will Tracy Change Her Mind After The Will Reading?

Tracy leaves the meeting with Martin not having a care in the world about the financial costs of fighting the lawsuit, but then she doesn’t know what’s going to happen.

Monica’s will reading is held, and Tracy is quite sure that either she, or Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will inherit Monica’s house. But everyone is shocked, and Tracy is horrified when the will-which she plans to contest-is read, and all she gets is an old jar of Pickle Lila!

With this possibly fake shiftless sister Veronica Bard (Erika Slezak) getting the house, Tracy may have to start paying room and board!

Might this change of events make Tracy change her mind about apologizing to Drew, and will Martin’s offer still stand?
